I am moving out of my lovely room and looking for a new tenant to take my place.

The room is part of a 2-bedroom flat with the room being in the attic. It is an en-suite bedroom with lots of storage. The rent including bills except for water and internet.

The room is huge with lots of storage and is a great place to relax and feel at home. It is also great for work from home as it is quiet. The room comes furnished* / unfurnished.

*A bigger bed and drawers can be added in case someone want them.

The kitchen and the living room are on the first floor. The living room is a cosy place with big windows and great decoration. The kitchen is already equipped with washing machine, microwave, and a big fridge.

The flat is in a brilliant location:

1) 5 minutes to Tufnell Park tube, 8 minutes to Archway, both on the Northern line.
2) Hampstead Heath, a large ancient London Heath, is about 15 minutes away.
3) 6 minutes from Camden Town
4) Fantastic location with great transport links, lots of restaurants, great pubs, and amazing parks (Tufnell Park Playing Field, Dartmouth Park, Waterlow Park etc.)
5) In the area you can find Sainsbury's, Iceland, and a huge ALDI.

My flatmate is friendly, funny and discreet. She is professional and takes care of house cleaning.
