The house is located on Park road in the L8 area and opposite the property is a Tesco Extra on Park Road,
There are regular buses along Park Road direct to L1 bus station which is only a 10 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk which is great for young professionals to travel into the city for work.

There is a Lifestyles gym and pool just 5 minutes walk away on Steble Street with a variety of classes and facilities.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
