Hey!
We are looking for someone AWESOME to join our sociable houseshare. Most of us are in our first jobs out of university and new to the area so its nice to have people to hang out with in the evenings. Everyone here gets along great and enjoys hanging out socially in the evenings and sometimes we cook together, but no pressure!

The whole house has been recently decorated to a high standard with a brand new large kitchen and bathroom. There is also a comfy sofa and big TV and the tidy garden provides a nice place to have a BBQ on a summers evening.

All the rooms are stylishly decorated with quirky features. They have sturdy furniture and comfy double beds. The rooms all have access to TV aerial and cabled internet and there is also fibre optic WiFi in the house.

The house is located on a quiet family road that doesn't get any through traffic. Its close to Whitton high st for shopping and eating out. There is a train station that has direct trains into Waterloo if you want to go to central London. There is also a big Tescos and Aldi in walking distance for food shopping.

We are clean and tidy people who enjoy a laugh and being active. We like to keep an honest relationship with everyone and keep to our word. If you have similar values we will get on just fine.

The landlord is NRLA accredited so you have complete peace of mind that they follow the best code of practice. There is the option of no deposit for the room if you have a UK based guarantor. The landlord likes to work cooperatively with people and find something that works for everyone. Price is for 12 month tenancy, but the landlord is happy with a shorter contract if needed, please ask.
