The room is fully furnished. A double bed with a comfortable mattress, a large built-in wardrobe, a desk with a chair and a chest of drawers. Additionally, the room has a bedside lamp, mirror and a clothes dryer.

The room is cleaned and ready to move in.

Renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Nearby are South Kenton stations 5 minutes walk and Preston Road 10 minutes walk.

Nearby local shops, the Polish Mleczko store, pharmacy, post office, and a beautiful park with a gym around the corner.

Peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood, away from the main streets.

The house is warm and well-kept.

There are five professional people in the house who value peace and tidiness, and we are looking for such a person.

Price £ 130 per week.

Two weeks deposit + two weeks in advance.

Bills and Wi-Fi included in the room price.
