The room has a double bed, double wardrobe and a stunning view of the castle.

The flat is on the third floor of a Georgian property, it has a large kitchen and separate living room both with views of the castle, a bathroom with a standalone shower as well as a bath, and there is a 2nd toilet off the hall. There are an additional 3 storage cupboards and gas central heating.

Rent is £400 per month and bills come to around £100-£120 per month (council tax, gas, electric and wifi). We don't have a TV so we don't have a license.

The flat has four bedrooms and is HMO licensed for four people only. You will be sharing with 3 professionals; 2 girls and 1 guy. We are all pretty laid back, friendly and tidy and all work during the week. We are looking for another professional to join us, please note that our landlord does not allow couples in this property therefore we would be looking for one occupant for the room. We would prefer a professional rather than a student preferably over 25.

We are looking for someone to move in on Monday, the 20th May. So part rent will be due.

Landlord will require deposit of £500, previous landlord or character reference and employment reference.

We are available for viewing on Monday 22nd April from 2pm until 4pm. And Sunday 28th April from 3pm to 5pm.
