Hello !!! I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is leaving Edinburgh.

It is a lovely fully furnished bright double room situated in the Bonnington/Leith area. The flat is ideally located 2 mins walk away from Newhaven Road, 5 mins away from Ferry Road, 10 mins from Leith Walk, 25 mins from New Town, with easy access to the 11, 7, 14 and 21 buses. The room does not have space for a desk, but there is a dining table in the living room which would work for remote workers. The room has views of Arthur’s Seat, Calton Hill and the Castle. The flat also has a shared roof area perfect for a tea or beer in the sunshine.

There are the additional monthly costs of: Council Tax band C (£102 ), Wifi (£11.50) and bills (avg. £17.50) Professionals would be preferred for council tax reasons.

It is available from the 15/3/21 but this date can be flexible.

I am a 23 year old Support Worker from Glasgow who used to study in Edinburgh :) I am quite sociable so I am ideally looking for someone who would enjoy hanging out and having a wee bev now and again. I am fairly clean and tidy so looking for someone who respects the shared space. I usually work 3 long shifts a week and a night shift
