Nice place .total sun trap so if u like sun an gardening an lovely flowers an animals an fine wine we will get on gr8 :) u must like cats I live with my best mate Hugo a male rag doll almost 2 years old loves playing sleeping an cuddles he is not aggressive in any way so if u have a wee play pal 4 him that’s a huge yes 4 me or ur a “vet”or animal carer then awesome ...sun at this house u get it all day an night if it's out of course...lovely gardens. Massive area in front of house where kids play an people walk there dogs ,plenty parking but, u will have a parking bay which I own so u can guarantee u can always park, bedroom furnished with new double bed with storage under it ,the end lifts up ,in the room with also a new memory foam mattress ...new windows an gas central heating .mira shower / bath ... new kitchen. in fact everything is new. The property is covered by cctv so u have peace of mind ur stuff an car if have 1 is safe 24/7....u get alot 4ur money ive seen 1st hand whats on offer in edinburgh an its well a bit overpriced an a bit pants.. an so many stupid rules that just make me laugh ...here pay rent on time all good :)U also don’t have 2 have ur own toilet roll toothpaste coffee milk or beer or wine if it’s there use it but if it runs out just replace it , also is wifi virgin 900 normaly get about 800/900meg peak times yes that's true pictures prove it...super fast I bet u won't find faster . also now a 46inch Samsung tv in ur room, I have a spare xbox1 u can have as well there is also ur own virgin box in ur room ..Amazon prime, tv licence included council tax all bills included sky sports an bt sports included an movies included also get cartoons if u like them :) well who doesn’t like Tom an Jerry ....also lovely veiws of arthers seat from front of the house, it's 5mins walk 2 fort kinard shoping centre , loads of shops an restaurants an cinema, dentist close by. health center close by very close to city bypass an asda...also good bus link to city centre....
It is a lovely property also no bills everything included in price ,due 2 recent flat mates moonlighting the deposit is now £200 an 750 a month …I'm just looking 4 some1 clean an respectful an we should get on gr8...thx 4 looking :)
