Cosy Room wi/ Double Bed - Amazing Garden!

Hello!

My flatmate is moving out and moving on so I'm looking to rent her bedroom. It's a double bed, fully furnished room with space for a desk.

I've lived here for 11 months and absolutely love it here! It's a small flat but the location is amazing and it has a stunning communal garden out the back. You can rent a raised bed from the communal garden association for quite cheap I believe, although I have yet to do it myself.

Bills aren't included in rent but they generally add up to less than £40-50 a month.

The Lidl superstore on Easter Road is less than 5 minutes' walk away. There's a Sainsburys a similar distance away on Leith Walk.

There's easy access to town and Leith. We're close to anywhere you might want to go in Edinburgh and transport links are fantastic. It's a 20-minute bus journey to Edinburgh university or a 35-minute walk. Free on-street parking is available throughout the area.

I'm working from home as a civil servant for the UK government while I finish up my Masters in Public Policy at Edinburgh Uni part-time.

With lockdown, I spend a lot of time in the flat so it's vital for me to have a flatmate who is respectful and tidy.

My hobbies include gardening, cycling, hill walking, cooking, reading, playing some games, and drinking whisky. I'm a pretty chill guy. If I have a day off I'm probably going to be spending it cooking, cycling, or hanging out with friends.
