There is a dog free seating/pond/vegetable box area for relaxing. And a large garden which my dog has access to.
There is a large private drive big enough for at least 3 cars. There is WiFi .
The property has central heating and double glazing throughout.
All rooms have locks and the property benefits from cctv and outside lighting.
I’m quite easy going but also like to keep myself to myself too. No housing benefits unfortunately and there is no smoking inside the property. Room clean is available at extra cost as is laundry service if required.
