Beyond the base, there are countryside views and trails 2 mins away
It takes 20 mins commute to Norwich, access straight onto the ndr also.
There is Shop next door, great for a last minute dash to grab more wine 😂
Conveniently, there is bus stop across the road, this goes to Norwich and Walsham.

Theres a nice Pub that's Walking distance/staggering distance from home.
Many places to explore if you enjoy the outdoors.
I've been deceived and let down before by previous tenants, so a standing Order will have to be organised and payment must comply with the contract terms
