Our house

Hi my name's Becky, I'm 28 and my boyfriend Connor is 26. We are full time working professionals living in a new build house in Wymondham. Connor works in IT at the police station and I am a dental therapist and university lecturer of dental students. The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, HD TV, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, and USB wall sockets to make it easier for charging gadgets, and you would have access to your own bathroom.

Monthly rent of £450 includes access to fibre broadband WiFi and all other household bills. you would have the family bathroom is just next door to your bedroom - we have an en-suit. Quiet road with plenty of space to park, access to garage if needed to store a bike. You'll have use of your own fridge freezer separate to ours, plus cupboard space and a place to put shoes. You are welcome to use the kitchen (inc. cutlery, plates, utensils, dishwasher), lounge and garden which will be shared with ourselves. We have a cat called Thomas, who is well behaved, very chatty and loves attention. Finally there is a washing machine available and space to hang up clothes.

We are easy going, happy to socialise or let you get on without interruption.

We would also consider Monday to Friday and short-term lodgers.
