All the tenants in the property get on really well with one another and keep the house clean & tidy. All the tenants in all of our properties are professional / working and generally 20-35y/o.

This house is located very close to all the bars and restaurants on Newland Avenue, Princes Avenue and Chanterlands Avenue with a short bus ride into the city centre. The Avenues is by far the most popular location for young professionals due to the convenience of amenities and being a very attractive area with tree-lined avenues.
