Hello,
This inexpensive room (300 pounds per month) located in the city center will be available after the first of June because I am moving down to Oxford for an internship. Currently we are with 4 in this house (3 males 1 female) who are all master students/PhD students at the university of York. We are quite tidy (cleaning rota) which we hope you would participate in (doing one thing each week isn't that bad). The room itself is a bit on the smaller side but you will have additional storage because of this (see photo), there is a bike shed as well and the university of York is walking distance (15 mins) as well as the city center (10 on foot). The room is furnished with bed/desk/closets and the kitchen equipment is shared as well (collection from previous tenants).
