An Italian and Portuguese girl, looking for a third professional house mate to live with in a fully furnished house. The rent would be 355 pcm which Includes also of broadband, council tax and water. We get electricity and gas’ bills every 2/3 months which would be between £70 to £140 each, depending on how much we use heating/lights and cooking. It’s situated just behind the hospital, about 15/20 mins from city centre and 20 mins from the train station, surrounded by three close shops as well, which is quite helpful if you need something on your way to the house. We’re really friendly people, very clean, tidy and mostly, we’re very respectful of other’ people personal space. We try to make it liveable as much as we can. We both love music and dancing, we’re lovers of wine, coffee, watching tv, reading and plants. Free Parking space just outside in the street, so if you own a car, not need to pay extra fee or ticket.
