We have 5 rooms in this broken down into; 2 x en-suite 2 x doubles and 1 single room situated in a semi detached house in Far Cotton. All the rooms come with furnishings to include; bedside tables. lamps, wardrobes and an orthopaedic mattresses for a good night sleep, what is unique about one of the en-suites is that it has it's own front door private to just their room. If you have any specific requests please ask and I will try to accommodate them. All utilities and council tax and broadband are part of the rent, there are no hidden extras.

The room we have available is a single room on the ground floor which benefits from it's own private access. It also has it's own door to the garden, it your looking for a shared room in a house with a degree of privacy this is it. It currently has a single day bed that can double into a double bed if needed, to provide more space.

All housemates are expected to pitches in to keep the place clean and along side this we have proffessional cleaners twice a month come and clean the communal areas from top to bottom, including steam cleaning the shower room.

I will require a security deposit of one months rent which will be held in a Government DPS scheme, however if that is an issue I also offer a premium based deposit scheme which I’m happy to explain how that works.

Along with broad band there is ample road side parking for car owners and a beautiful garden to stretch out and enjoy a barbecue in.
Cycle parking is also available to the side of the house.
