Here we have 2 rooms for lodgers who live separately from me and grown up kids on the top floor of our family home in gorgeous Attenborough, a few bus stops past Beeston. (Station and direct fast Skylink bus to University Park in 20 minutes, also to City Centre and to Derby, and East Midlands Airport).
The 2 upper-floor rooms share a shower and a separate toilet on the same floor. Till end June you will have one quiet female housemate in one room plus we have a hardworking and studying professional male till end Dec.
From early May we have a single en suite - on the ground floor. Currently it has two single beds to allow you to have an occasional guest.
You will have access at any time of day to our brand new lodger kitchen which is currently being fully fitted, all ready for you to enjoy in peace and quiet. I will soon put on a photo of the new kitchen, to replace the temporary kitchenette.
People love this safe and desirable neighbourhood, a 15-minute-walk from Attenborough Nature Reserve, yet a quick ride to University Park, Nottingham city centre. Plus the convenience of Lidl, 15-minutes distant on foot, along with various eateries, M&S Food, McDonalds etc at Chilwell Retail Park.
I have won awards for hosting on Airbnb as I enjoy giving people a welcome but also some space!
