Hello! My name is Cheyenne and this advert is for a room let in a gorgeous 3 bedroom Edwardian house.
I am 30 years old, originally from Nottingham and work as a Project Manager for a global tech giant (feel free to search me on LinkedIn).
I purchased my home in 2019 to get onto the property ladder and will be letting out one of the rooms, to begin with, in order to help me out with the mortgage and bills.
I will be a live-in landlord who is often away, as I work in London during the week, so you will have the place to yourself most of the time.

The room is a large double that comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, under bed storage and a desk.
It has recently been decorated, new varnished wooden floorboards with door locks added for privacy and security.

All bills included such as energy, council tax, water and WiFi. One month's rent will be required in advance, as a deposit. Available from 1st June 2022!

Shared areas include a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom plus a downstairs toilet. There is also a separate dining room which is currently under renovation. The relatively spacious garden can be accessed via the kitchen patio doors or side gate.

Facilities in the house include ultra fast broadband, 65 inch TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney and Sky cinema. A smart washing machine, dishwasher, Ring doorbell and a log-burner which is mainly used in winter. Basics will be supplied such as toilet roll, Dishwasher tablets, etc.

Parking is available outside on the road and is never too busy. Easy access to tram, train and buses to the city center all within a 10 minute walking distance. 5 minutes by car you will find a Aldi, Lidl, Tesco express and a Morrisons amongst many other retail stores. Location is fabulous and is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood.

I am looking for a full-time professional who works in the office at least 3 days a week. Ideally someone who is clean & tidy, respectful and laid back. References will be required.
