Large house to share- close to hospital & uni

I am looking for a professional/ mature student to share my new build house in Sherwood/Arnold area of Nottingham. Female applicants only please.
The room is available from beginning of August 2022 and on a rolling monthly basis.

It is a 3 storey house. The room available is located on the middle floor & is a double bedroom- furnished with double bed & mattress, bedside tables & storage shelves & drawers & blackout blind. There is a tv point, should you require it, and double USB enabled sockets. The main bathroom is located on the same floor with a shower & bath(& is very rarely used by others in household as they will use the en suite).

For shared use is a fitted kitchen with dining area (washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave & dining area), large living room and front & back garden.

The location shown on advert map isn’t very accurate- property is just off Edwards Lane, Weaving Gardens (google for accurate proximity). This is all in very close proximity to City hospital itself (3 min walk) & the bus stop for the Medilink bus between city hospital, University Park, Jubilee campus, St Peter’s Court & QMC. It is also on a main bus route into the city centre & the local shops in Sherwood & Arnold. There is easy access to the M1 & other main routes out of the city. There are several close amenities including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and local shops, bars, cafe & restaurants.

I am looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy & is searching for a relaxing quiet home environment.

I have a cat that is a housecat, so he doesn’t go out. My partner currently lives between mine and his house in Manchester. He works as a doctor at the hospital & uni. He has a sausage dog that will be here sometimes also.
