I am looking for one person to move into my house for university! (Students only please)
My home is located at Albany Court, Stapleford, NG9. Ideally, you will be interested for at least 3 months. There will be 3 people living in the house (you, a female housemate, and myself).

Hi my name is Jacob! I am a MSci student at the University of Nottingham and have a newly renovated house with spare rooms.
Are you still looking for where to stay for uni? Would you like to enjoy lots of space to study and relax? How about somewhere quiet to focus on getting the most out of uni?
I have a room for you!

Your room will come with:
A Single Bed with Mattress,
Wall-mounted Bookcase/Shelves,
Wardrobe with Drawers,
Desk and Desk Lamp,
Height-Adjustable Office Chair,
Large window with plenty of light and space to grow plants.

In the house, there are two toilets and one shower/bath.

With lots of living space, the house has a living room featuring two comfy sofas and a dining table. The shared kitchen has plenty of storage space, and you will have your own fridge and freezer shelves. There is a large outdoor garden perfect for BBQs, with rear access for bikes with a bike shed to lock them.

You will live in Stapleford, a lovely area surrounded by green parks and not far from the University of Nottingham. To reach the University Park campus, It takes about 10 minutes to drive, or you can take the i4 bus route which takes about a 9 minute walk and 15 minute bus ride. If you have a car, there are almost always multiple parking spaces either on Albany Court or the adjacent Braddon Avenue.

I currently have one other female housemate, so you can expect to join us. We looking to find someone who will offer others plenty of peace and quiet to study. That's definitely not to say we can't have some laughs though! You can expect a no smoking and no illegal drugs rule and music/audio should always be played through earphones. Overnight visiting is limited to twice in any rolling 15 day period without regular re-occurring patterns.

Wifi and Bills (gas, electricity, water, and council tax) are included in the price (425 pcm), and there is a security deposit of £300. Appliances that are not in the photos but have been installed include a fridge freezer, washing machine, and drying machine, all of which you are free to use.

** please be advised that if you are going to the Clifton Campus of Nottingham Trent University (NTU), and would use public transport, these rooms are likely not suitable for you, as it can take upwards of an hour to reach Clifton campus by the public transport. NTU City campus is more accessible and only requires one bus. Please consider your transport options carefully!
