Beautiful chic 4 bedroom house 5mins walk from tram stop and 30 seconds from bus stop. Quiet location but close to the local shops and has lovely paved garden with outdoor furniture.

I have a large room on the top floor available for £475 over looking the garden.
The room is very quiet and decorated in white with a white double bed , 2 big white double wardrobes, a desk, chair, a white chest of draws, mirror and grey curtains and carpet.

A cleaner who visits twice a month is included with the price.

The other tenants are all post graduate girls in full time employment aged 24 to 28 years old. I would like another female Tenant similar in age and employment status.

It’s a non smoking house with no pets or couples.
