Double room for rent in a 2 bedroom terraced house in Sutton in Ashfield. Other occupant is landlord. Only a 15 minute bus or 30 minute walk from King's Mill hospital so perfect for medical staff or students on placement!

Room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. House has a new kitchen and bathroom, with underfloor heating in dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

Bathroom is shared but only with one other person.

There's a garden that's only overlooked by immediate neighbours, and the house is at the foot of the Skegby Trail running/cycling/walking route! On street parking, no dedicated spot but plenty of space.

Close to Sutton town centre and Sutton bus station with easy access to Nottingham (single bus although 1 hour route to Victoria Bus Station). A nice mix of rural to the north and urban with amenities to the south.

Dining room also has a corner desk as a home office that will be available. Open to pets - although I have a pet ferret so would need to be able to co-habit!

£90 a week including all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax) and broadband (Virgin media, 60mbps). References requested - proof of ID, proof of enrolment/employment. Deposit is flexible for short term lets.
