TRAVEL: Travel times to Bicester: Car=10mins. Cycle=20mins. Walk=1hr.
Bicester Village only ten minutes by car. **Please note there is a bus service once per hour to Bicester, but ideally you need a car to live here**. Good commuting links to London.

PARKING: Off street parking available very close to house and is visible from bedroom.

BILLS: Unlimited 36mbps fibre internet, Electric, Water and Council tax bills included in rental price based on you cleaning your room plus doing equal share of cleaning common areas of house. If you prefer not to do your share of cleaning, then there will be additional charge for weekly cleaner.

FACILITIES: Shared main bathroom with shower/bath/toilet/sink. Shared kitchen with dishwasher/cooker/microwave. You will share full sized fridge freezer in Kitchen with another tenant.

I am a live in landlord- a professional male aged 46, my partner lives here, along one female tenant too. I am looking preferably for a non-smoking professional between 20-45. Ideally you would work normal hours Monday to Friday and be sensible, quiet, clean, tidy and respectful. I have two cats, so ideally you would like cats too ;-).
