Cozy single room & Bright double room

We are looking for two new housemates to fill a cozy single room and a bright double room in our six bedroom houseshare. Both rooms will be available from the first of July, when two of our housemates move out.

The single is a comfortable room on the second (top) floor which comes with a wardrobe, bed with mattress, desk and bedside drawers.

The double is a spacious rom on the first (middle) floor, which comes with a wardrobe, bed, mattress, desk, bedside drawers, and outdoor balcony.

There are six rooms in the house, but there's lots of space as it's a three-storey building. There are three bathrooms in the house, including one with a shower, and one with shower and bath. Communal areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks (included in the rent!).

The house: We are all warm, social and welcoming, coming from a variety of backgrounds and professions. We enjoy chatting with each over in the kitchen, cooking meals, playing board games and watching movies, but also the occasional big party and going out for drinks. The atmosphere is chilled, with ages between 24-early 30s (3 males, 2 females), and would suit a young professional who’s keen to be sociable and live in a clean and tidy communal atmosphere.

House amenities include: three bathrooms, two showers, one bath, garden with bike racks, TV license, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, gas hobs, two ovens, fridge and freezer with shelf for each person, individual cupboards, communal cooking ware.

Reliance Way, is a peaceful estate, with easy access to public transport (bus 1, 5, 10, 12 go to city centre and Temple Cowley) and next to a park that has outdoor gym equipment and plenty of space if you are into running or outdoor sports. Bike racks are available in the garden. A public green area just outside the garden is perfect for BBQs during summer time.

There is an admin cost of £35 payable at the end of the tenancy. Minimum contract is three months after which it is rolling, with only one month notice required.
