Spacious double room in Jericho

Hello! Scroll through for details on the room, the bathroom, the rest of the house, the housemates (hey!), the area and the bills...

The room (photos will be added soon!):
It’s at the top of the house and west-facing, which means there’s a lot of natural light and you’ll catch sunsets over the rooftops. It’s in the eaves, so the ceiling is sloped in places.
There’s a small fireplace (not functional) with a mantlepiece, and the room is unfurnished.
Our departing housemate may be open to selling some furniture if you need any.
The bathroom:
Sharing with one other housemate, the bathroom is on the same floor as the room and consist of a shower over the bath, a toilet and a sink.

The rest of the house:
We have...
- an entrance hall with shoe racks and coat hooks
- a large living room
- a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer
- a spacious kitchen with an oven, a hob, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and crockery.

The housemates:
We work around Oxford and have pretty active social lives, but still want the house to feel like a home when we’re here.

The area:
The house is in leafy Jericho and has Walton Street shops, the canal path and Port Meadow all within a five minute walk. The train station is a ten minute walk via the canal.

The bills:
Everything works out around £100/month
(council tax, broadband, water, gas and electric).
In winter, it’s more likely to be around £120/month.
