TV in shared living area with Netflix, Amazon prime, Nintendo switch & other legacy consoles.

Parking available at the property.

Garage can be used to store a few items e. g. bike if neccessary. There's also some gym equipment in there which can be used.
Couples welcomed but rent & deposit would be slightly higher.
PhD students would also be considered.
Short lets considered with adjustment to rent.

The house is a new build in Kingston Bagpuize, only a 5 min walk from the local co-op. The village has a pub and several parks. Great gastropub 20 min walk up the road. Excellent location for access to Oxford (bus every 30 mins and stop round the corner), Faringdon, and Milton Park (Didcot) by car via the A34 or A420.

We are two professionals and one medium sized (v. friendly, well behaved & chill) dog.
