THE PROPERTY
You'll have use of a full kitchen and co-living space including a washing machine and dryer, fridge freezer, a cooking station, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a dining area which includes a dining table and breakfast bar and also a sofa. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living. You will also have use of the rear garden.

Restricted parking zone. NO PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE.

THE ROOM
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, a single wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. You will have use of a shared bathroom and ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

❌The shortest tenancy we offer is 6 months.

THE LOCATION
The house is in the heart of Cowley with the Cowley Road being a short walk away. Cowley Road is filled with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Oxford city centre is a bus ride away taking 1only 0 minutes!!
