Hi, I'm the landlord of a number of double rooms that are available to rent now in East Oxford and St Clements.

Last few room for £520 a month. 12 Months minimum contract but you can leave early if you would like and find a replacement.

First come first served. Just off Cowley road and really close to Tesco's and Sainsbury's.

This house comes fully furnished with a living room complete with comfy sofas and separate kitchen, equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.

There's a shower room along with a separate toilet and a second bathroom. There is a garden to the rear of the property - perfect for BBQ's and sunning yourselves in the coming summer months - and ample on-street parking. A broadband connection is also available with FAST WiFI.= subject to connection.

All rooms come with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The rent does not include any bills which is about £6 per person per week and it depends how much you use.

I would require the first month's rent, a deposit of 1 month rent and a UK home owning guarantor. If you don't have a guarantor then we can discuss rent upfront.

Rooms are available immediately and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

No fees or agency charges. I am the Landlord.
