There is also a cinema room in the attic. You will have access to the stunning rear garden where there is also secure bicycle storage. Parking available on the driveway!

THE ROOM 🛌
The rooms have been completely refurbished to a high standard and are fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. All rooms have a new private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

The property is on Arnolds Way in North Hinksey, with regular bus routes into central Oxford. The house is positioned in a quiet area off of Cumnor Hill with Raleigh Park nearby.
