Looking for a fantastic flatmate for a fab house!

As my current flatmate is moving to her own home I am looking to find a new person to join me in a delightful 2 bedroom, end of terrace house in central Witney which is rented from a private landlady.

The new contract would be from 1 August, but could be available from mid-July.

The property has a living room at the front of the house, and a kitchen/dining room at the back with dishwasher, washing machine, and all the other mod-cons you would expect. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms and large bathroom with bath/shower.

The room for rent is unfurnished aside from a wardrobe and faces onto the garden.

The garden is at the back of the property with a lockable shed, large grass lawn and patio area. There is space to park a car on gravel area (accessible from the back of the property), and there is free on-road parking at the front of the house.

It is a quiet residential area but you can reach the shops and pubs in about 5 minutes walking. There is also a gym nearby and a late-opening Tesco garage.

I am the other tenant - I'm 36, female and work for a local travel company. I am currently working from home for a few days a week but intend to be in the office for the majority of the time. My current flatmate and I do spend time socialising together but also go off to do our own thing so it would be great to find someone who is looking for similar in a flatmate!

The rent is £540 per month plus bills.

The council tax, water, electric/gas & high speed internet work out to make the cost around £685 per person per month (approx, as heat/electric does vary depending on the season).

The deposit one month's rent (£540) which goes into a tenancy deposit scheme. The property is rented by a private landlady so there are no additional fees.
