Our happy house!

Hello :-)
We are looking for a friendly lodger to share our spacious Victorian home.
We are situated very close to the town centre with beautiful views of the Brecon Beacons and lots of lovely walks nearby.
There is plenty of room so everyone can enjoy peace and privacy. The large kitchen is shared and you'll have use of everything, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. You also have shared use of a utility room and living room with 60 inch TV and fibre broad band. Everything is included in price.
( No surprise bills!)
Your bedroom has en- suite facilities, a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage.
We have a lovely garden to enjoy when the sun is shining and a fire pit to sit around and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine! There is also plenty of private parking space in front of the house
it is a laid back happy home with lots of space to do your own thing. But company and support if you want it. If you're interested and think you'd be happy sharing a beautiful character house with friendly people give me a message or call and we can arrange
