The location of Port Glasgow is 20 miles west of Glasgow Central.

A single room with comfortable single bed space with wardrobe and shelving. North facing window with view of the Gareloch and Arrochar Alps. The shared Sitting Room could be used as a Study. This room would suit a professional working locally or mature student largely working from home. A long term let is preferred.

Wifi, Heating and electrical costs are included.
Future increases in energy costs, will be extra.

Council Tax may be extra if relevant.

Shared use of the garden terraces and barbeque with wonderful views of the Gareloch and Ben Lomond.

The house is within walking distance of Port Glasgow station (8 minutes) with frequent trains to Glasgow Central. Local amenities include Port Glasgow Swimming Pool, the new retail park with M&S, Aldi and Tesco, Princes Street and Lidl.

There is a walk through Victorian Birkmyre Park to the former railway cycle track leading to Kilmacolm and Greenock. Newark Castle and the Clydeside boardwalk are easily accessible.

The Bathroom is shared, a dedicated Kitchen is on the Ground Floor, off the shared Laundry and Drying Room. Shared use of a Sitting Room. The Kitchen has individual fridges and freezer, gas and induction hobs. Microwave and electric oven with rotisserie.

It is a professional household, thus a quiet and tidy approach is expected with no noise after 11.00 PM. Full Covid vaccination is expected.
