Room to let in the quiet rural village of Chetwynd Aston, just outside Newport.

Double bedroom on first floor with private shower room on ground floor and separate toilet on ground floor.

Double bedroom comprises of double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and bookshelf. Room has ariel installed already if you wanted to bring a TV.

Private downstairs bathroom comprises of shower over bath, large sink and heated towel rail. Separate toilet on ground floor comprises toilet, sink, mirror, heated towel rail and shelving unit.

Shared kitchen equipped with washer dryer, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, bread maker and slow cooker.

Shared living/dining room equipped with TV (with Netflix & Amazon Prime), coffee table, comfy sofa and armchair, and a dining table and chairs.

Large driveway and large garden. House has Wifi.

I keep a small flock of chickens in the rear garden so you really feel like you’re in the country!

House is only 20 mins walk to Newport High Street, 10 mins walk to Lilleshall Sports Centre, 10 mins walk to local real ale pub.

Female lodger preferred, however, respectful males considered. Must like cats and a friendly dog, and the odd trip to the pub! Non-smoker preferred, however smokers willing to smoke outside are welcome.
