I am a live in Landlady looking to rent out my spacious top floor master bedroom with private en suite and a personal lock and key to the room. The house is located in a very desirable area of Lawley Village within a 2 minute walk of main bus route and within 2 miles from Telford Town Centre and industrial parks. I am looking for professionals only and will require an employment reference. I have two daughters and a small friendly French bulldog (not allowed upstairs). Use of kitchen including the use of all crockery, utensils, toaster, microwave, oven and washing and drying facilities. The master bedroom consists of a spacious living area with dining table, large TV which is wall mounted. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as private use of an iron and ironing board. There is a rail for hanging clothes and a chest of drawers and dressing table. Access to the garden and ample parking outside the double garage.
