There is a communal lounge and a kitchen which has plenty of food storage space. There is a large garden with chill-out space and the opportunity to do a bit of gardening if that’s your thing!
The house has 2 fridge/freezers, as well as an extra undercounter freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and superfast fiber broadband.
The rent includes all bills (which covers council tax, water, gas, electric, TV license, internet).
We are looking for a particular individual who will fit into the house dynamic. The house is occupied by four sociable, house-proud but easy-going tenants who are happy doing their own thing, but who also enjoy socialising together.
