Our bedsit is located on the first floor of a family home. It is well appointed and in excellent condition with its own dedicated entrance, own courtyard garden, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, kitchen, dining area, shower room etc. Bills are included with the exception of electric. (average electric costs of £25.00 per month dependent on individual usage.) Part furnished. We will not accept smokers, or DSS tenants.
