The accommodation comprises the top floor of a large period house. It has a large bedroom sitting room/kitchenette and large bathroom with shower. I'm away with my work a lot a require a self sufficient honest and reliable person. My previous housemates have stayed for quite long periods of time of 5+years. My current tenant is moving beginning of September for job relocation.
There is no attached parking although this is not generally a problem outside. There is a large garden at the rear. I'm happy to have a preliminary chat with someone in August if you are interested and you may visit whilst current tenant is in situ.
