This flat is in a great location; only 15 mins from Yeovill town centre. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly lady, living with Dementia, aged 81. She loves chatting, watching TV and taking her dog for walks each day.

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can prepare and share an evening meal, help with some small chores in the home and join her on walks with her dog.

The ideal sharer will be female, chatty, patient, kind and has an understanding of Dementia They can be working from home, working full time or part time, but should have some time available during their week to offer some household support.

The property is a very well maintained home. The sharer has a double room with lots of storage space and a shared bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including kitchen and lounge/dining room.

We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.
