We have a large double room available in our refurbished and super clean house. It is situated in the old town of Barnsley on Western Street, a short walk to Barnsley town centre for transport links and the shops.

This large room has its own bathroom and kitchen station with a fridge. The room is furnished with a high quality comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair. The house kitchen is a good size and fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and has a dining table.

This property has recently been fully refurbished and everything is like new. The rooms have just been decorated and have new carpet fitted.

The garden is a pleasant and laid to grass but also has a patio area and clothes lines.

All bills are included (gas, electric, council tax, water, TV) and we supply super fast Fibre broadband. We have a cleaner who visits weekly to keep the kitchen and communal areas very clean.

This room will suit a working tenant.
