Doncaster, Bessacarr - Room to Rent

I have a double room available in my house to rent.

The room is modern and tastefully furnished, has a tv and high speed wifi internet connection. A toilet and shower room is just next door.

The house has a modern well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer also a library. lounge with open fire and conservatory.

Outside there is a large garden with woodland at the end of the road.

Doncaster city centre is 3 miles away and there is a good bus service to the centre and railway station with frequent connections to London and surrounding cities.

I am looking for a professional person who will respect my house and the others who live in it and keep it tidy and secure. I have a young dog so you must like dogs and be able to ensure she remains safe.

Please note I cannot accommodate couples at the present time and rooms are for single usage only.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.

Parking is available in a quite street or off the road.
