Double room in shared house, Crookes

We are three women looking for someone to fill our third ground floor bedroom. We are a support worker, river steward apprentice and a whole foods shop assistant. We all really like the outdoors, exploring the Peak District and going swimming in Rivelin valley.
We are looking for someone independent but friendly to contribute to the relaxed atmosphere here.
The house is perfect for a mature student or working professional. It has a large kitchen, dining table and living room. The room is spacious and contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The house is in a great location on a quiet road with good bus and walking connection. There is on street parking too.
The bills are not included in the rent, but we have all bills set up - they come to roughly £35/40 a month plus council tax (Band B).
We are a vegetarian household but don't mind if you eat meat.
The house is 3/4 bedrooms - there is a small single room which has a fold away futon for guests.
We also have a small backyard / garden space where we sometimes sit and grow a few plants.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is prepared to stay until the end of our tenancy in July.
