Lovely room in shared house on Industry Street in Walkley. Top floor with great view. Close to all amenities (Gerry's Bakery, Asda, Asthete, flower shops, cash points, great pubs like the Raven and Blind Monkey and restaurants etc) and 3 min walk to bus stop. Kelham Island is a 15 min walk down the hill! On road parking. Fantastic neighbours with garage opposite. I have my ten year old son with me 50% of the time. Room comes furnished. There is a brand new double bed and mattress in there (IKEA), a small chest of draws and a sturdy clothes rail. Would prefer a longer let. Just got a wood burner installed for the Winter!
