Rooms in Park House are available on a room by room basis for individual bookings. This hidden gem has been newly refurbished with new kitchens and bathrooms and a full redecoration throughout.

Park House is a lovely longstanding building located in a quiet residential area next to a leafy park. It is just 2 minutes from a tram stop and a stone’s throw from the city centre, train station, bus station and SHU City Campus. The building has lovely character and large windows allowing for plenty of natural light.

The bedrooms are arranged in clusters of 4 or 5 and each cluster has a communal kitchen which is professionally cleaned each week. All of the bedrooms are modern, spacious and furnished with a ¾ bed and mattress, study desk and chair, bedside table and a wardrobe and drawer unit.

The kitchens are spacious and benefit from breakfast bars, wall mounted TVs and plenty of cupboard space as well as the usual appliances. There are plenty of communal bathrooms throughout the property and they are all modern, fully tiled and professionally cleaned each week.
