We have 2 rooms available £300-£330 in our period 4 bedroomed home and are looking for 1/2 compatible single lodgers. Must be non smoker/caper/user, in full time employment and pet friendly..

The larger room is at the front of the house overlooking main road. It has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, drawers x2, armchair.

Smaller room is at the back of the house overlooking lovely garden has a 4ft bed, wardrobe, drawers.

The shared bathroom has twin sinks, large bath and cubicle shower. Constant hot water.

All bills are included in the price except for food/toiletries, lodgers cater for themselves, clear up after themselves. Bed linen can be provided, not towels. Reasonable use of facilities included, cooker, microwave, washer, drier etc.

EE wifi.

The house is at Weston Coyney on the main Stone-Leek road, close to the A50 with easy access to towns in Stoke on Trent. Urban area but with woodlands and nature areas close by.

We are a quiet, older couple, we have a small dog and 2 cats. We are amenable to lodgers with a pet as long as they can get on with our pets.
