It’s a very peaceful area, with Carron river and Caron valley nature reserve right on the doorstep. The bedrooms has loads of storage space, a large wardrobe, 2 bedside units and a chest of drawers and under bed storage.
The sitting room has a 42inch smart LG tv.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower in it. The kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor can also be used. There is off road parking and a garden to the rear of the property.
I‘ m a professional male who is looking for another professional person to rent the room. I’m looking for someone that appreciates cleanliness and a tidy home.
I have two energetic but loving dogs that stay with me part time. Once they get to know someone they settle very quickly. They will not be allowed past the second floor. The bills will be included which includes BT broadband. If anything additional service is required that would be an additional cost.
