Assuming you have a busy working life, the idea is to make it as easy as possible for you to house share. A housekeeper comes in once a week to clean the shared facilities, and a gardener keeps the grass cut.

Past tenants have included engineers, post-doctoral researchers, University staff, laboratory analysts, accountants, teachers, nurses, IT workers, and post grads, typically in the 20-40 age group. Non-smokers only.

David the live out landlord lives close by so is on hand if you need anything. In addition, he is an accredited landlord under “Landlord Accreditation Scotland”, which means he is providing good quality accommodation managed to a high standard.
