*Animal lovers only please*
The room is available now for a 3 month let and could not be extended further. It was redecorated a couple of years ago. Furniture wise there's a small double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside table and alcove hanging space.
Shared use of kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom and garden. The kitchen has 2 fridges, a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Cleaning of the house is shared by housemates.
My house is within walking distance of the town centre and hospital and there is plenty of on street parking.
Initially it would be for a one month term to make sure we all get on and everyone is happy. I am looking for a friendly, clean, tidy and considerate lodger who loves animals. I have a socially awkward cat and a very friendly King Charles spaniel and her two puppies , one of which is off to his new home soon 😊
Females only and no couples please, the house will be full enough between three human housemates plus the furry ones!
