The communal areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner (a complimentary service at no extra charge) and they consist of a kitchen/dinner complete with all appliances, utility room, bathroom and a good size lounge. There is a private and secure garden maintained by a gardener and with access to the road so ideal for storing bikes etc. you can park on the street which runs down the side of the house (Devonshire Road) where there are no parking restrictions.
