We are looking for someone to rent out one of our spare rooms, the room comes with a double bed with bedding, a full wardrobe and mirror. The room is fully furnished, and has a smart TV, and Wi-Fi available. The bathroom is a double bath and shower room which is not shared with anyone else as James and i have a separate shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the tennant would be able to use all appliances and kitchen equipment as needed. There is a fridge and access to a freezer which would be for your use only.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There an office space and fast Wi-Fi.
Off road parking available and lots of walking pathways for exercise around the house.
We are happy for short term rentals just ask for further details regarding this.
We have a dog but she is no bother and does not bark! So pet lovers welcome :)!
