Available on 12 September 2021 for single occupancy only. We have a spacious airy and bright double bedroom available together with a separate kitchenette.

Double bedroom consists of a wooden double bed, memory foam mattress, sideboard, chest of drawers and nightstand. There is a wardrobe with hanging rail and as you can see by the photos, plenty of shelving. One set of bedding will be provided as will one set of towels. There is also a TV aerial point.

Ground Floor Kitchenette for the sole use of the lodger consists of crockery and cutlery including microwave, slow-cooker, two ring hob, combination counter-top oven, air fryer/grill, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. Pots, pans and utensils are also provided. There is a dining room table and chairs which can also double up as a desk. Meals and laundry services are not provided however we do have a washing machine that can be used.

Ground Floor toilet for the sole use of the lodger consisting of toilet and basin. There is an upstairs bathroom which is shared consisting of shower, toilet and basin.

About us: We are early risers and have a busy life so if you like to sleep in during the week/weekend, this probably is not the household for you. We have a miniature dog and a large cat.

Location: The house is 4 minutes bicycle ride and 14 minutes walk to Newmarket Train Station with good links to Cambridge and London. The house is located within a short walking distance to the town centre, pubs, takeaways, restaurants and the Guineas Shopping Centre including Waitrose.

There is off road parking at the rear the property.
