A rare opportunity has come up to join our warm, friendly house share in historic central Dorking. The unfurnished double room is available from 1st April.

We're 3 single professionals (and rescue Staffi Bluebell) with varied interests including photography, cooking, freediving, yoga, cycling and meditation amongst other things. Bluebell’s interests include treats, walks, cuddles and squirrels.

The refurbished period flat is spread out over 3 floors and has lots of amazing features, including high ceilings, and is light and airy. The property benefits from a large bathroom with shower and luxury bath and has gorgeous views of the Surrey hills. There is an additional WC.

The generously sized kitchen is fully equipped with the usual white goods and has views over the Old Kings courtyard. We have pretty much exclusive use of the courtyard in the evenings as it's locked to the public, so great for alfresco entertaining when lockdown eases. The generously sized lounge has large bay windows looking down over Pump Corner, is light and airy and tastefully furnished.

Bills are around £100 pm including council tax, utilities and high speed wifi (rent is £465 ). The room is offered long term with a security deposit (£693 6 weeks rent to be kept in THS) references etc required.
